t.Sign Digital Signature Software
QuoVadis t.Sign simplifies the process of introducing digital signatures in document management systems, electronic archives, and other applications to prove authenticity and data integrity.
t.Sign has two components that may be implemented separately, or working together:
-
t.Sign Server is a highly scalable automated signing and verification component for server applications
-
t.Sign Client provides desktop signing and verification
Both provide detailed logging of signature or verification activity compliant with important regulations such as the EU Tax Directive.
t.Sign is written entirely in Java and runs on Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS X, or Linux.
t.Sign Server
QuoVadis t.Sign Server is a cost effective solution to automatically apply digital signatures to any type of file in a workflow such as an archiving, document management, CRM, or ERP system.
- Simple configuration
- Supports USB tokens, smart cards, HSMs, or soft token (PKCS #12), and allows multiple signature devices to be used simultaneously
- Secure/encrypted passwords to allow unattended processing with signature devices
- Supports multiple signature profiles including CMS/PKCS #7, embedded PDF, EDI, and XML, as well as external time-stamp. (Alternatively, a timestamp may be used as your signature)
- Verifies all signature types that can be created including verification reports in text, PDF, or XML format
- Configurable batch processing
- Can be easily integrated via file system, web service, or Java message system
- Integrated time-stamp service
- Can be run as a console application, Windows service, respectively, as a daemon
- Choice of hash and signature algorithms (SHA-1 and SHA-512, RSA)
- Secure audit logs for regulatory compliance
t.Sign Server is highly scalable and supports redundancy for high volume or mission-critical systems.
t.Sign Client
QuoVadis t.Sign Client is a desktop tool that allows users to create legally valid digital signatures using the standard PDF format, as well as to validate the signatures on received files, as well as to maintain audit logs of that activity.
- Supports the use of secure signature creation devices, like USB tokens and smart cards
- Creates detached signature files (P7S or P7M) for any kind of electronic file, PDF embedded signatures, or external time stamps (which may also be integrated in the detached or PDF signatures)
- Secure audit logs for regulatory compliance
t.Sign Client optionally supports surveillance of email accounts for automated verification and filing of incoming signed documents.
