Tape Rotation & Archive
For customers who chose to implement an in-house data backup system, QuoVadis offers a service to pickup and archive backup tapes in our secure storage facilities.
The QuoVadis service accommodates daily, weekly, monthly and bespoke tape rotation requirements and can provide long term storage solutions that fulfill your internal data retention policies.
All tapes are tracked in our bar code database to ensure that clients know where all tapes are at all times: in storage, at customer premises, or out for delivery or pickup.
A key QuoVadis advantage is the ability to retrieve tapes in an emergency on a 24x365 basis. Customers can rest assured that not only is their backup date safe in the QuoVadis SecureCentre but it is also accessible at any time.

Alternatively, QuoVadis’ DataVault provides a fully automated service which backs up data to managed infrastructure in QuoVadis SecureCentre facilities. With online reporting, as well as alerts and 24 hour support, DataVault initially retains backups on disc to allow rapid restore, and then allows customers to define their own policies for long term tape archive.
