Roman Brunner
Group Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Brunner is responsible for group management and strategy. He has worked in the IT services industry in both Europe and the U.S. since 1987, culminating as Managing Director and General Manager with global responsibilities for the largest division of disaster recovery and leasing specialist Comdisco. He was the co-founder and CEO of Comprendium, a business intelligence and content management software company based in Europe.
Tony Nagel
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Nagel is a co-founder and directs QuoVadis' operations and finances. He is a chartered accountant with a law degree, having previously served as the CFO of Bermuda Commercial Bank and e-payments pioneer Full Service Trade System/Trade Card. With his in-depth understanding of Bermuda’s international business environment, he served on formative committees charting the island’s e-business strategy and legislation.
Stephen Davidson
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Davidson is a co-founder and leads QuoVadis' service development and marketing activities. He is a contributor to the CA/Browser Forum which created the Extended Validation Guidelines for SSL certificates. He has worked on the creation of online services throughout his career including some of the earliest business-oriented extranets. He previously served as regional director of marketing for Ernst & Young in the U.S. with a particular focus on the high technology and defense sectors.
Gavin Dent
CEO, QuoVadis Services Limited
Mr. Dent is responsible for QuoVadis Services Limited in Bermuda running the colocation, virtual hosting, and managed services businesses. He has over twenty years experience in the IT services industry delivering complex technology solutions to both the local and international business communities. He was a founder of CCS Group Limited in Bermuda, an IT service provider and professional services organization.
Barry Kilborn
Chief Risk and Compliance Officer
Mr. Kilborn oversees the QuoVadis Policy Management Authority and compliance with international PKI legislation and leading practices. He has over 12 years experience in IT risk and assurance having previously served as a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young in Bermuda. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). Mr. Kilborn sits on the Board of the Bermuda Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
Walter Cooke
Chief Security Officer
Mr. Cooke directs QuoVadis’ security policies and compliance. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with over thirty years experience in the IT and systems security field. His experience includes consulting on high profile projects for the tax, defense, contracting, and election authorities of the Canadian Government. He also provided security engineering for the South African Independent Electoral Commission on the historic 1994 election.
